MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS LEADER JOB TYPE:Full-time, Cebu-based  Job Qualifications: University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience including the handling of corporate communications, original writing, editing, and public relations.At least 5 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.Excellent in data analyzation and strategic action planning using the data results.Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) management like HubSpot.Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.**Responsibilities**: Responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust strategic organizational Integrated Marketing Communications program.Responsible for leading the brand management, content distribution strategies, advertising, and the overall execution of the marketing communications goals.The Leader will also serve as the media relations expert and help establish the company and its consultants as thought leaders to a broader audience.
