Digital marketing and online campaign expertWe are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Expert.In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to sell our services and products online, help grow our brand’s locally and internationally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.Responsibilities:Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.Create, plan, execute and manage digital campaigns on social media platforms like FB, IG, Google and LinkedIn.Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Excellent technology skills; experience in online marketing techniques, including email, social media, product demosExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, cross functional teams and work in a team environmentStrong writing, storytelling, and presentation skillsCompetency with data, sound testing tactics, and strong quantitative skills to support data-informed decision-making and recommendationsAble to effectively manage workload and prioritise; experience of managing multiple projectsStrong presentation skills and ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
