As a Marketing Associate, you will focus on building, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies, and strengthening other lead generation channels. As one of the pioneering members of the marketing team, you will have a lot of impact in delivering the message that provides an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.
Responsibilities Lead the planning, budget allocation, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads across search, display, social media, and other paid channels. Provide support in other marketing initiatives such as organic social media, events, PR, and email newsletters. Enlist the assistance and collaborate closely with agencies and freelancers as needed. Be on top of trends, market insights, and user journeys of decision makers that help inform marketing and business strategy Develop deep understanding of our product, as well as health plans and processes in the market Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. At least 1 year experience in performance marketing, media planning, or SEO/SEM in a startup or agency; experience in a B2B or SaaS startup is a plus Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize budget.
