Job Description:

Lazada Philippines is seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing Assistant to work from home. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to drive brand awareness and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong creativity and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies- Create engaging content for social media platforms- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing campaigns- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance- Assist in market research and competitor analysis- Support the marketing team in organizing events and promotions- Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Strong communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Creativity and ability to think outside the box- Strong negotiation skills
