Job knowledge and competency are built through the structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Weekly/Monthly reporting on affiliate marketing activities- In charge of the sales validation process for all affiliate networks- Day-to-day affiliate program management, including accepting new affiliates to the program, and notifying all affiliates about new campaigns, promotions, or terms**REQUIRED SKILLS**- Fluent in English.- Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with a routine, following processes, and meeting regular deadlines.- Ability to work independently, to self-prioritize work streams.- Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or business; prior experience is a plus.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Competitive salary- Free designer glasses annually- Annual/Sick Leaves- Career development/ learning program- Fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural work environment
