Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
Anticipates the executives' needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues. Prioritizes inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day to day engagements. Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails – all marketing related concerns Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing or any business course Preferably with six months related work experience Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills Pleasant and diplomatic Systematic and keen to details Self-starter and has initiative Proficiency in MS Office
