Marketing Assistant

Organized and process paperwork, reports and all kinds of insurance documentation.Ensure a system for the order, organization and maintenance of handling claims, claim files, claims reports and ensures accessibility of the same to the team;Utilizing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills maintained strong and positive relationships with the providers, the claimants, and the clients.Provided company with necessary clerical support like handling fax, attending and making telephone calls as directed, filing and photocopying, matching checks with receipts etc.Manages all types of correspondence preparing, reviewing and sending memos, letters, emails, reports, applications, and forms.Performs other duties as may be deemed necessary to support department’s operationMust be a graduate of any 4-year course.Must have an experience in customer service, marketing or sales.Open to career shifters who has experience in sales and customer service.Experience in an Insurance field is a great advantage.Amenable to work in Makati City.Regular work hours (Monday - Friday)
