**JOB POSITION**:MARKET RESEARCHER**:- (2 FULL-TIME POSITIONS)****JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Research, analyze and prepare reports/projects on key markets, competitors, and targets to support management and business development team efforts in the region- Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives.- Daily monitoring of key markets, competitors, and targets to identify opportunities or threats.- Research competitor's quantitative and qualitative information using external and internal sources.- Systematically validate information following standard operating procedures.- Structure the data/ information into a meaningful blueprint/ storyboard that can be presented for review- Make presentations to internal stakeholders, gather feedback and update the deliverable accordingly- Cold calls people using a given phone directory to sell company services- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from prospective customers- Conduct outbound sales call to find prospective leads- Organize, track and maintain leads data including data entry, spreadsheets, and company contact list- Generate new leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate salesforce environment- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.**SKILL SET**:- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.- At least 2 years of corporate outbound BPO sales experience- A self-starter, at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or account management.- Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds.Persistent, goal-oriented, and highly professional- Able to put the interest, goals, and welfare of the firm on top of his priorities.- Self-motivated to proactively research new leads and follow up to grow the business- High-level work ethics and trustworthiness.- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.- Excellent in oral and written communication- Excellent interpersonal/ people skills.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Proficient in English written and spoken.- **Extensive experience with Internet research is essential.**- Experience in doing **secondary research (internet research), Competitive benchmarking, company profiling, and competitive research**:- Must be highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
