Market Research & Analysis (Marketing & Communications)
? Conduct desk research, moderate focus group discussions/interviews, and craft discussion guides to better understand customers and validate their pain points
? Analyze data and trends to come up with relevant and research-based recommendations to support new ideas and our ventures
? Organize gathered data and insights for presentation to the leadership team and other stakeholders
? Provide market research support to new ideas, existing ventures, and early stage portfolio companies
? Understand industry trends and new technologies with appreciation for the digital ecosystem and economy
? Help facilitate and organize ideation initiatives
? Communicate effectively to successfully define the jobs to be done and customer pain points that can be addressed
? Create customer profiles to better understand potential customers' needs and behaviors
Requirements ? At least 2 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
? Experience in using analytics and market intelligence tools such as AppAnnie, SimilarWeb, and PitchBook is a plus
? Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
? Ability to relay data in a visualized way, and use gathered insights to clearly pull together a story
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience with conducting interviews and presenting research and analysis to executives
? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to to identify root causes and recommend solutions
