Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment. Supervises and coordinates the activities of production workers to ensure production targets are met. Monitors production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Implements and enforces safety protocols to create a safe working environment. Trains and mentors production staff to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborates with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintains accurate production records and reports for management review. Identifies areas for improvement and implements strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred). With proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role. Possess a strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities. Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preferably, experienced with Lean manufacturing principles. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule in Marilao, Bulacan.
