Position: Mandarin VIP Concierge

Salary: P 50,000 – P 60,000 Net

Requirements:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English Language
• Open for Non-Native and Native Chinese with permanent visa
• Bachelor Degree/Undergrad/Senior High Graduates
• With Customer service or BPO experience

Responsibilities:
• Assist VIP clients through email, chats and call for booking flights, jet, concerts.
• Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients.
• Handle all calls of the VIP Native Mandarin.
• Responsible in delivering efficient and effective services.

Recruitment Process:
• Initial Interview - Filipino HR
• Language Assessment - Mandarin HR
• Typing Exam - In English and Mandarin language
• Final Interview with Hiring Manager - English language
