JOB DETAILS:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 6 months’ work experience
• Fresh graduate of IT or any relevant course
• Must be willing to do technical Support Job
• Can start working after 30 to 60 days
• Having technical background is a plus
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin

DUTIES:
• Handle technical issues from Chinese users
• Resolves issues in password change, system inquiry and technical problems
• Assist Mandarin speaking users regarding basic technical concerns
• Report escalations or more complex issues to higher technical team
• Record the basic technical concern and initial diagnosis
• Do basic translations of documents
REQUIREMENTS:
