• Conduct market research about consumer habits, behaviors, wants and needs, and researching relevant trending keywords.• Supervise planning and execution of all digital marketing (SEO and SEM e.g.) campaigns for the Chinese Market.• Supervise analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategy.• Supervise the use analytical tools to gauge the success of content.• Plan and manage Chinese social media platforms.• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.• Work with the Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.• Language – Fluency in Chinese and English is a requirement• 3 years proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques (SEO/SEM campaigns etc.).• Knowledge in computer skills, including MS Excel, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, BaiDu etc.)• Knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired.• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.• Able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
