Mandarin Finance Director

Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional License, License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Required Language: English and must be proficient in MandarinAt least five years working experience
Required skills: Computer literate, strong background in Finance, Income Statement analysis, strong organization and analytic skills, good communication skills both written and oral, systematic and detail oriented, good team playerMUST BE NATIVE CHINESEDuties and responsibilities:Validate recorded revenue by downloading the encoded transaction in the system and matching it with corresponding expenses incurred to ensure accuracy and completeness of data for the period
Checking of cash advances and liquidation/reimbursement of staff
Checking of sales summary report
Manage Accounts Receivables through customer follow up and sending invoice on time.Review financial policies and procedures and recommends improvements by collaborating with the team and other department
Attend meetings as required
Overseeing the daily operations of the Regional centers that he/she is handling and ensuring operation compliance and productivity.Keeps track of quantity of stocks level, transport cost and efficiency
Monitors and do physical inventory on regional centers
Ensures that all documents for billings or payment were properly turned over to the Head Office.Performs other related function that maybe assigned in the future.Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php180,000.00 /month
