Manager - Treasury

Responsible for managing the operations and activities of Treasury functions. Manage Company's cash flow to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources in a manner that is aligned with Company's objectives. Review investments, loan availments and disbursements to ensure proper controls are in place to safeguard Company's funds from errors and fraud. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of settlement of obligations to employees, vendors, banks, financial institutions and government agencies. Determine impact of parts and prime product orders to cash flow measure against plans. Oversee the operations and activities property insurance and claims.
Job Responsibilities  Strategy Formulation, Planning and Execution Formula Formulate forecasts by obtaining essential inputs from relevant business units in order to project cash positions in the short run and near future.
Monitors and controls the organization's inflow and outflow of cash by preparing daily projections on company's cash position which are essential for making key financial decisions such as applying for loans in order to meet cash needs or directing any surplus cash into investments.
Asset and Cost Management Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of assigned company assets such as Office Equipment (PC, Printer, Fax Machine) and Mobile Phones in order to monitor proper utilization of assets.
Develop and continuously enhance Treasury processes and procedures to resulting to operational excellence in delivering services to internal and external customers. 
People Development and HR functions Work with direct reports to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor progress based on the established performance standards and pre-agreed KPIs.
Administrative and Other Functions  Manage assigned special projects. Support special projects and assignments undertaken by the Finance and business unit.
Other Functions  Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
