In your new role you will: Support BE QM Digitalization strategy, planning and execution of digitalization and automation initiatives, in alignment with business objectives and requirement Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify pain points and define business capabilities required for digitalization and automation Collaborate with IT and FI teams to design, develop and implement digitalization and automation solution, utilizing technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and workflow automation tools Drive the evaluation and selection of suitable digitalization and automation tools that align with business requirements and promote efficiency and scalability Lead and govern implementation and integration of digitalization and automation solutions, ensure smooth deployment and seamless interoperability with existing systems Define governance frameworks and best practices for the sustenance of digitalization and automation solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digitalization and automation opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and define harmonized digitalization and automation requirements across BE QM Establish and govern overall BE QM Digitalization roadmap and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation and drive project deliverables through reporting and tracking Stay updated on emerging trends, industry standard, and best practices in digitalization and automation, applying them to drive continuous improvement and innovation Oversee development of training programs and resources to upskill BE QM organization and end-users competencies in digitalization and automation tools and methodologies You are best equipped for this task if you have: Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or relevant manufacturing environment, working on digitalization and automation programs/projects Relevant degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or equivalent Strong business understanding and experience in business architecture, process and workflow automation Knowledge of digital platforms and automation technologies, such as RPA, AI, ML and workflow automation tools Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify digitalization and automation opportunities and recommend suitable solutions Knowledge and skills in Project management Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and FI or IT stakeholders Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
