**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:A. Achieves sales and profitability target of the Operations Group1. Develop Store Operational Plans and Programs to achieve targeted annual sales growth2. Assist the Area Manager in the preparation of plans and programs for the Area Group3. Implement Cost Control strategies at the store level4. Ensure adequate supply, distribution, and promotion of Merchandise to optimize sale5. Ensure adequate manning at the store to optimize sales6. Conduct competitive check and provide recommendation on Market and Customer trends within the trading area, and other reports as required by Management7. Maintain Overall Brand Image at the store levelB. Exceed Customer Expectation1. Implement Operational, Customer, and Sales Excellence Programs:a) Adherence to Standard Operating Proceduresb) Adherence to Customer Service Programsc) Adherence to Personnel Image Standards2. Achieves zero customer complaint at store level and ensure that all customer concerns are handled properly and promptlyC. Manpower Development1. Conduct regular staff meeting to orient staff on new policies, changes in work system and to address people and work concerns2. Identifies Training needs of Store Personnel and recommend to Area Manager Performance Improvement Programs3. Control employee's behavior by following the company's Employee Discipline Procedures and Code of Conduct4. Recognize employee's effort through Performance Reviews and Appraisal, and provides justified recommendation on Career and Personality growth5. Maintain synergy in the team6. Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files in the storeD. Asset Management1. Ensure equipment efficiency at store level2. Maintain Store Image3. Implement and evaluate Inventory Management Standards / Systems to achieve target Inventory Cost for the store4. Ensure that Company assets and properties are well secured and safe at all timesE. Cash Management1. Ensure proper safekeeping of cash sales before deposit, and that no variances are audited2. Ensure the safekeep and proper use of store's petty cash fund and other funds3. Ensure proper turn-over of cash sales and official documents/records- _**To be assigned in SM Clark Pampanga**_- _**Must/Preferably have an experience in Footwear Industry**_**Salary**: Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
