Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager you will join a team of accomplished problem solvers with comprehensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve complex business issues. Your daytoday activities will involve assisting in delivering a wide range of concurrent deal and postdeal assignments serving as the primary client contact and actively participating in business development activities.
Managing a portfolio of clients reporting to Director or above. Active involvement in financial management of clients. Development of your own and teams technical acumen. Creating strategies to address complex technical challenges. Management and delivery of large projects. Training coaching and supervising staff. Staying updated with local and national business and economic issues. Preparing and reviewing strategic planning business plans financial statements and similar planningrelated output. Assessing the market and identifying opportunities. Job Requirements: Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Indonesia Experienced working in Indonesia is a must. 10 years of experience preferably in management consulting strategy. Experienced working in Accenture / BCG / McKinsey / other consulting firms is a must. Exposure to industries such as logistics infrastructure manufacturing FMCD Telco and Media. Experience in project management operations deals or strategy. Strong commercial awareness. Six Sigma certification (highly regarded). Working knowledge in data analytics (advantage).
