Management Accountant

Management Accountant ( Job Number: AGD0117F ) Primary Location : PH-PH-Makati
Description RESPONSIBILITIES:Works closely with the Finance Manager, Director and the Sales & Business Development Team to ensure proper information flow related to all financial matters within the assigned Corporate Office;
Prepares periodic and adhoc management reports and provide data analysis
Reconciles/Investigates variances, consistency of data, mapping issues and irregularities flagged using different accounting systems (Oracle, SAP ERP, SAP BPC, Microsoft Dynamics);
Responds to inquiries from global stakeholders with proposed resolutions as necessary;
Develop Reports necessary for business analysis such as dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI or Oracle Cloud;
Prepares Work Instructions and evaluates current reports to ensure appropriate and suitable information is reported;
Recommends areas for standardization and initiates process
Performs such other client accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree, major in Accountancy, CPA is required;
4 to 7 years of work experience in general accounting and/ or financial reporting;
Exposure in shared services or multinational environment is an advantage;
Experience with ERP Systems is preferred (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics);
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook and Word) is required
Knowledge with creating Power BI-Dashboards is required.
