Maintenance Manager

Essential Duties- Supervise the repairs and preventive maintenance- analyzes, schedules, and conducts corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance on all machines and equipment.- Ensures the availability of machine - ensuring that maintenance personnel do routine and visual inspections of all machines.- Schedule machine maintenance in coordination with production- Manpower scheduling of maintenance personnel.- Document findings, Actions Taken, Prepare requisitions and follow ups on items requested.Managerial Duties- Planning - Forecasting needs, prepares plans and budgets, arrange time schedules- Leadership - develops high performing employees will full support to the vision and core values of the company.- Organizing - maintain coordination of responsibilities across different levels of the organization.- Controlling - Sets performance goals and standards to measure actual performance and determine performance improvement plans.**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Life insuranceSchedule:- 12 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Guiguinto, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- maintenance manager: 10 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Mechanical Engineering license (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)
