Magento Developer

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Magento 1 and 2 (Preferably 1 year of experience with Magento administrator). Should be able to understand plugins and their impact on performance
2+ years of professional web development experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT
2+ years of experience of designing, developing, testing, and implementing front-end responsive web code
Strong project and task management skills
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO, Google Ads (aka AdWords) and ad retargeting.
Understand key SEM metrics and principles of ad campaign management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to generate creative ideas
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple websites
Must have a Bachelor's degree

Main Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze requirements for new projects and features – participate in project planning and determining optimal routes to accomplish project goals
Debug pages and fix bugs
Work closely with the design team to implement new product images and new email templates
Update website content and review SEO; and update content to reflect current SEO trends
Monitor and analyze site performance
Update legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions) as needed
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g., page speed, traffic data, and conversions) and report all web traffic (Google Analytics).
Build, test and schedule weekly emails via MailChimp
Meet with management regularly to discuss current and future functionality
Build digital advertising campaigns, landing pages, and HTML emails
Manage digital marketing assets and resource center
Assist back-end web developers with troubleshooting
