Machine Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:- Performs all assigned production line operations in an efficient and timely manner.- Follows strictly all production standard operating procedures and work instructions during production runs.- Checks the mixer machine/equipment to ensure that it is free from any contaminants and in accordance with established equipment checklists.- Set the temperature profile of the extrusion machine/equipment in accordance with existing standards required for the product grade being produced.- Checks to ensure that the temperature of the zone heaters and die hard are set to required levels before the start of the extrusion process.- Conducts checking to ensure that the mixing and/or extruder machine/equipment is in good working condition, including accessories such as panel blowers, heaters and rotary coolers, etc., from time to time.- Ensures that the weighing scale and bag closer are in good working condition.- Performs the daily equipment checklist, both before and after production operations, under the guidance and monitoring of the Production Engineer.**Qualifications**:- Minimum high school graduate- Preferably with previous direct work experience in production operations in an industrial manufacturing company- Physically fit and healthy; able to lift heavy items**Work Location**:Brgy.
