We even grew by 83% during the height of the pandemic, landing us on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for three years in a row.We have a lot of momentum and we're looking for an exceptional Marketing Administrator to join us.**YOUR MISSION -- SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT -- IS TO...**- Support the marketing team with calendar and task management.- Oversee the project flow of design and graphics for marketing materials.- Provide quality control checks by ensuring materials going out are error free and on-time, including analyzing copy and design against feedback.- Schedule posts on social media and engage with the audience including timely responses to comments and questions.- Embody the voice of Live Your Message, so you can respond to comments and private messages on behalf of LYM Founder, Marisa Murgatroyd.- Manage bots, chat widgets, simple automations and marketing technology accounts as needed to make sure we have the tools we need to succeed.- Obsessively test every aspect of every campaign and funnel on a regular basis across multiple devices to make sure nothing is broken.- Gather data on campaign success, often through setting up and collecting audience feedback by using surveys and other tools to measure marketing impact.- Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.- Prepare data reports in a clear format.- Understand data reports and be able to identify "you know it when you see it" trends.- Assist with the setup, facilitation, completion and tracking of marketing events.- SEO outreach support and facilitation to develop relationships with potential content partners (for link building campaigns) and collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.**ABOUT YOU**:- You have 1+ years prior experience working as a marketing assistant.- You have experience with social media marketing and related platforms including reporting, monitoring and engaging, determining hashtags, and scheduling posts.- You offer meticulous attention to detail.
