Propose budgets for projects, train new employees, and collaborate with various departments.3. Prepare reports on the progress of projects for internal and external stakeholders.4. Work closely with the commercial team and key stakeholders to ensure engineering needs are met.5. Translate Engineering Services team objectives into policy and investment propositions.6. Ensure engineering propositions and programs are translated into detailed targets.6. Manage, coach, and oversee team members to achieve optimal performance.7. Strengthen the culture of work maturity, cooperation, and ownership within the team.8. Initiate improvement projects for customers' operations related to lubrication.9. Produce and share specific reports, analyses, and evaluations.10. Administer and manage established Engineering Services programs.11. Monitor the application of technical and engineering support to customers.12. Optimize the use of lubrication service programs to grow and maintain high-value product and service sales.13. Ensure optimum customer retention through diligent implementation of plans and programs.14. Ensure product and brand integrity compliance at customer locations.15. Create and utilize key data analytics to improve sales operations and customer relationships.16. Demonstrate and support ethical business conduct as part of the management team.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/ Chemical or Industrial EngineeringLicensure required.Other professional certification is a plus.At least 3 years experience from Lubrication, Mining and Energy particularly in industrial plant operations, or maintenance and 1-2 years Sales experience.Or minimum of 3-5 years Sales and Technical experience from within the organization may be considered.Performance-, and productivity-, driven.Teamwork; Inter-personal and customer relationship skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.Time management; Self-starting; dependability.Communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, technical reports).Computer skills (Office and Business applications).Willing to travel.Lube background is an advantage.Area of Assignment:Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao
