Logistics Supervisor

Strategically plans and manages warehouse, transportation and customer services.- Liaises and negotiates with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.- Maintains metrics and analyzes data to assess performance and implement improvements.- Directs, optimizes, and coordinates full order cycle.- Keeps track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.- Helps in preparing documentations needed for regulatory bodies.- Maintains equipment in a clean and serviceable condition in accordance with the recommended operating practices including the completion of a daily prestart safety check.- Facilitates trainings as needed.**QUALIFICATIONS**- With Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Business Administration.- With good interpersonal skills.- With at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing company.- With good decision making skills.- With good oral and written communication skills.- Can work under the pressure of deadlines.- Possess excellent time management skills.- Practice safety standards at all times**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
