What is the job about Responsible for packing, receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, including the correct managing of stocks, checking of damaged goods and forklift operation. Your main responsibilities : Warehousing 35% Ensures that proper Good Housekeeping are being implemented at all times. Maintains high level of inventory accuracy in his area. Conducts monthly inventory / physical count of all items in his custody. Ensures proper storage of stocks upon turnover. Ensure all stocks are well organized and properly staged inside the warehouse Ensures the proper monitoring and documentation for the ins and outs of stocks in the warehouse Receiving and Dispatch of Goods 40% Receives deliveries of incoming goods and check them to ensure that quantity, model, and condition conform to our requirements . Ensure that products are still safely and securely packed when they reach the customer and that the accompanying documents are attached and correctly filled out. Ensures that all picked/packed stocks are matched against the Sales Invoice / Picklist. Ensures that all items are in good condition before picking. Ensures that stocks are complete and in good condition before loading. Coordinates with Senior Logistics Assistant as to the availability of stocks from time to time. Checks incoming stocks from the source plant and other suppliers against its documents (i.e. STA, DR). Inspects quality of incoming stocks and supplies; make a report if there's a damage or discrepancy on actual stocks against its documents. Coordinates with stock custodian regarding incoming/returned stocks. Checks and validate actual quantity and product code issuance ensuring all outgoing stocks are accurate and properly documented. Ensures proper loading of all deliveries and transfers. Ensure proper handling of forklift and other lifting/safety equipment. Inventory Control / Equipment Maintenance 25% Maintain proper trail for all inventory movement. Responsible for stock request for replenishment to source warehouse SAP stock list monitoring. Maintains the forklift, hand-pallet & packaging supplies. To perform any other job-related instructions and assignments requested by superior to ensure workload coverage. Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadlines. Your background :
We imagine that you have: High school diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years of relevant Warehouse experience will be beneficial. Experience in using Forklifts and other lifting /safety equipment ( Forklift certification may be required) Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
