Logistics Sales Asst. Manager

Responsibilities: We are looking for a reliable logistics personnel to be responsible for the overall business development and management.
Responsible for overall business development program, evaluate and quantify the sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Strategically plans, manages and report logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services operations.
To spearhead logistics sales in overall operations especially in warehousing and trucking.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements thru proficient reports.
Carry out business targets, organize and formulate development plans and key performance indicators.
In liaison with operations team for the implementation and management of new and ongoing business.
Able to resolve any operational issues, as well as manage both internal and external customers systematically.
Ensures that the company complies with and is up to date on law and regulations pertaining to logistics operations.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a University/College graduate of any 4-year course: Business, Logistics, or any related.
With at least 5-7 years proven related experience in logistics sales environment.
With record of successful distribution and logistics management.
With outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in standard logistics software and system.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships.
Willing to work in Taguig.
