Logistics Executive - Planner

Responsibilities:  Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries. Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time. Coordinating and planning with the internal warehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during the deliveries.  Responsible for all the outgoing deliveries reports, ensuring that vehicles delivering to sites have the correct paperwork.  Requirements:  Knowledge in  SQL system is preferable Ability to work independently and as part of team. Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft office.  Good command in verbal & written English, Mandarin & Malay  Preferable Male
