Logistics Coordinator

> Ensures that the creation of the Bill of Lading is accurate, complete, and on-time based on actual proforma.> Responsible in sending the packing list sent by the client to the Declarant. Subsequently, the Logistics Coordinator will send it to the client.> Take the initiative to initiate conversations with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication on product or service-related matters.> Coordinate with clients if there are corrections of documents.> Ensure that subject in email is accurate and suitably identified for easy retrieval and easy monitoring.> Update shipment status to our client in a timely manner.> Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.Qualifications:> Preferably graduate of BS Customs Administration> At least 1-2 years working experience forwarding/brokerage/logistics industry> Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications> Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills> Organized and keen on details> Willing to work in Ermita, Manila
