Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for directing the third-party trucking provider to ensure that the orders reach our customers and Sales agents at the agreed time.


Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and assign routes to delivery trucks Coordinate with Warehouse staff for the timely loading of goods Prepare dispatch sequence or trip tickets Monitor the truck drivers to ensure that they are following our routing guide Update customers and sales agents on the status of the deliveries Schedule pick-up of customer returns Coordinate the returns with local supplier for credit note Assist the Logistics Clerk in receiving job orders Work with Accounting staff for trucker billings and payments Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate 1-2 years of work experience in Outbound Logistics Experience in dealing with multiple delivery personnel and sale agent Experience in an FMCG industry is a plus Willing to adapt to any changes in the company's process Team player Computer literate Willing to work in Antipolo City
