- The Logistics Coordinator main responsibility is to coordinate all material deliveries to site. This includes preparation for the designated laydown area and scheduling and booking of necessary lifting equipment and other required tools to mobilize the materials to its ultimate storage area.Duties and Responsibilities:- Direct the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure proper performance of their functions.- Ensure that standard procedures on the receiving and releasing of materials, and documentations have been practiced by warehouse personnel.- Confirm completeness of required details and proper approval of request.- Prepare and submit reports related to warehouse activities, inventories, tools and equipment, and service vehicles to provide updated and useful information to operations.- Manage inventories inside the warehouse to allow the efficient retrieval and control of the materials and to avoid damage or loss due to poor storage.- Coordinate with the Safety Department the disposal of general waste or scrap materials from the warehouse to maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.- Manage the schedule of the service vehicles to cater to the needs of the Operations Department and maximize the utilization of the vehicle.- Monitor the issuance, return and maintenance of tools and equipment to prevent loss or damage and maintain the good working condition of the asset.- Coordinate with the Vendors, Operations team, and other concerned departments for the efficient resolution of concerns and for the proper execution of the warehouse processes.- Maintain a systematic and well-organized filing system for documentations related to warehouse activities and service vehicles to ensure completeness of records and to provide easy access to reference.- Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the operations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree of any four-year course or related to Supply Chain Management Graduate of BS Customs Administration is an advantage- Preferably with more than 2 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator- With background in Warehousing and Inventory Control Processes- With experience in construction industry is advantage- With experience in handling Owner Supplied Materials- With good communication skills- Knowledgeable in using MS Software- Keen to details- Willing to work overtime- Willing to work in project site- Can start immediately- Amenable to work in Magallanes, Makati City
