Receives and records all documents processed by the Online Business Group
Receives and reports all online returns
communicates with the sales team handling the account and with the courier to facilitate pick up of item/s

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Good communication skills; both written & oral
Good team player
Can deal with different customers/clients
