Responsible for filing and maintaining highly confidential information and documents.Collates and checks DAR’s of Salesman and summarizes calls and productivity and compliance versus coverage cycle.Checks and verifies selling expense report as to validity, completeness and conformity with the approved operating expense budget and policies.Generates SAP standard and customized reports that maybe needed by the Principal and field sales personnel.Handles customer inquiries, complains and other sales related issues.Secures duly accomplished documentation of turn-over of accountabilities from resigning sales personnel. Conduct proper inventory, receiving and safekeeping of surrendered items.Prepares and transmit important communications (re:sales matter) to field personnel and other departments whether verbal or written.Prepares Cash advance and payment for the department and field sales personnel.In charge of requisition of office supplies.College graduate preferably business coursesAt least 1 year work experience in a Logistics and Distribution environmentComputer literateAnalytical and with good communication skills
