Logistics Assistant

Job Description:
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. Assist in receiving and releasing of items and issuing delivery receipts Ensuring items received are photographed Assist in photo shoots, keep a checklist of photographed items, tagging of items for auction Reviewing, preparing, and filing of Delivery Receipts. Encode details of items in the system or spreadsheet Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. Monitoring delivery and timelines. Coordinate with Client Support regarding movement of pieces Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues. Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred. Graduate of a vocational course in related field is acceptable Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel and word) Excellent organizational skills. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. Must have attention to detail and the ability to organize items. Can work with minimum supervision. Female applicants are encouraged to apply
