Position Overview The Logistic Procurement Manager is responsible in ensuring cost effective purchase of supplies as required by procurement plan while ensuring the quality control and compliance with the Company's policy and procedure.
Job Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement procurement plans
Implement framework procurement strategies, plans, and projects in logistics business activities such as customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery based on the logistics framework planning. Develop procurement strategies and route optimization solutions through routine insights into the domestic logistics market in the Philippines. Undertake the company's logistics business requirements through framework procurement projects, optimize the LSP landscape and logistics business operation costs, continuously optimize logistics procurement costs, and build relative competitive advantages. 2.Develop and qualify logistics supply resources, select suppliers, and manage performance, and optimize the supplier resource pool
Organize efforts to track the local logistics market in the Philippines and forecast the price change trend. Analyze and manage logistics costs, develop benchmarks, and continuously promote procurement cost advantages. Find high-quality LSP sources, investigate and master LSP resources Participate in LSP certification, selection, and performance management. Prepare, optimize, and sign logistics procurement contracts. 3.Other management work
Participate in coordinating the investment of LSP contract fulfillment resources and manage contract fulfillment quality. Preferred Qualifications Graduate of bachelor's degree or above. At least 3 years - experience in enterprise logistics department or logistics enterprise (LSP), or at least 2 years logistics procurement experience is preferred. Must have solid knowledge of the logistics industry and corresponding procurement skills Must be keen to analyze market prices, and have excellent negotiation skills. Good coordination and communication skills, learning skills, active thinking, and strong analysis skills Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, initiative, and able to handle certain business pressure.
