Details of the offer

The LMS System Administrator is part of the Learning & Development team and will collaborate with Everise leadership and the rest of the Learning & Development team to define and configure our learning management use cases in an LMS (Learning Management System). The System Administrator will also manage and maintain the system and handle all user support for the LMS.
Job Requirements:
Gather business requirements, constrictions, and use cases from management, the Learning & Development team, and potential clients
Define the vision, strategy, and success measures for the LMS based on business needs and industry research
Create, maintain, and execute on LMS project schedule, and proactively communicate on progress, obstacles, and mitigations
Configure use cases in the selected LMS
Conduct user testing on the implemented use cases and revise configurations accordingly
Work closely with IT on systems integration and security
Define roles, processes, and how-to instructions for each LMS use case
Define and execute the LMS rollout plan to employees, including internal marketing and education needed
Gather and address feedback from the Learning & Development team, management, and users throughout configuration and on an ongoing basis
Manage learning and user support in the LMS:
Configure user groups and branches in the LMS
Create and run reports
Create and deploy assessments and surveys
Structure learning paths (curriculum) in the LMS
Upload and test online courses and other learning materials
Advise management and Learning & Development team on appropriate actions based on training completion reports, learner progress, assessment results, gamification, etc
User support: answer questions and troubleshoot issues for all users in the LMS
Implement and educate on functionality changes due to LMS software updates and internal process changes
Process improvement and automation
Assist with defining success measures and gathering data for the Learning & Development department scorecard and project scorecards

Highly tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new computer applications on a configuration and troubleshooting level
Technical user support skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and able to balance multiple stakeholders
Project management skills
Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements
Continuous improvement mindset
Knowledge of instructional design, eLearning development, gamification, SCORM, and training facilitation best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Keynote
Minimum 1-year experience configuring, troubleshooting, and administering an LMS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education and/or technology
