JOB SUMMARY
Overview

• US Retail Program, For Project-Based Employment
• Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through inbound calls and email
Qualifications
• Amenable to work on a project-based employment
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience
• Or high school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience (ops tenure)
• Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
