BeamAndGo is seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users through our live chat platform. This role is a work-from-home position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner through live chat.- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to problems they may encounter.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.- Must have a dedicated work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
