Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at PLDT. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues.- Utilize problem-solving skills and product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Meet and exceed established performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction.- Continuously improve processes and find innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.- Handle all customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements:- Independent and resilient personality traits.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to think creatively and negotiate effectively.- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
