Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Gcash, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our users through our live chat platform. You will be the frontline of communication, addressing and resolving customer concerns, answering queries, and assisting with account-related issues in a timely manner. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles, who are passionate about helping customers and are resilient in handling challenging situations.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through live chat- Provide accurate information regarding Gcash products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals- Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service- Resilient in handling challenging customer interactions- Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry is a plus
