DMCI is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, work from home position for a candidate with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service to all users.

Responsibilities:1. Manage the live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through the live chat channel.3. Train and mentor live chat agents to provide outstanding service and resolve customer issues effectively.4. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the live chat platform and streamline processes.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.

Requirements:1. 6 years of experience in a similar role.2. Reliable and dedicated personality traits.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Experience with live chat platforms and customer service tools.6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
