Live Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Altitude Games, a leading mobile game development company based in Davao City, PH, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to deliver excellent customer service and support to our players.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to incoming messages on our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and technical issues- Work closely with the customer support team to escalate and resolve complex problems- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and drive engagement through live chat- Analyze chat data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform- Train and mentor new team members on live chat best practices and procedures

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in using live chat platforms and CRM systems- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Dedicated and driven personality traits- Soft skills in strategic planning and project management- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
