Job Description:

Philippine Airlines is seeking a dedicated and passionate Live Chat Manager to work from home in Davao City, Philippines. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:- Managing and responding to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the service experience- Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall customer service- Ensuring all customer interactions align with Philippine Airlines' brand standards and values

Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools- Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
