Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services offered by Puregold Price Club Inc.- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or online shopping experience- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote customer loyalty- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using computer software and online tools- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
