Litigation Lawyer - Davao

Manage all phases of the litigation.- Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company.- Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.- Provide legal support to the various internal departments- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements- Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflictsJob Qualifications- J.D. qualified to practice law- With 2-3 years of legal work experience- Willing to be assigned in Davao- Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)Schedule:- 8 hour shift
