Linux Administrator

Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.- Technical Skills: RHEL5, 6, 7, 8 System Administration & VMWare ESX- Good knowledge of LVM/VxVM- Knowledge of Linux security & compliance- Well versed with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Change and Problem ManagementJob Duties:- Primary contribution involves being responsible for IT Infrastructure comprising of high-end technology, wherein the accountability will include 24×7 running of Linux/Unix servers, consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.- The domain accountability includes Linux Server Administration.- Familiar with ticketing tools in order to track down incidents and break-fix request- Familiar with client/server troubleshooting related to different types of servers (SendMail, FTP, SSH, Network, etc.)- Automation and optimization of existing and prospective IT environment through scripting (Shell / Perl)- Troubleshooting on virtual servers ( knowledge of vSphere /Virtual Center preferred)- User Administration and Account Management LDAP.- Clustering Technology is an added advantage (Veritas cluster (VCS) or RedHat Cluster).- Participate in On-Call and NOC duties on a periodic basis.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php79,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flextime- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Always
