Line Cook

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.QUALIFICATIONS:• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.• Attention to cleanliness and safety.• Patience and customer-oriented approach.• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.• Responsible and trustworthy.• High school diploma is a plus but not required.• Must be a resident of El Nido or willing to be assigned in El Nido.
