Job Overview
In this role, you will be integral to our service delivery, working directly with personal injury law firms across the U.S. to manage and resolve medical and insurance liens. Your expertise will help our clients maximize reimbursements and minimize liabilities, directly impacting their ability to secure favorable outcomes for their clients.
Key Responsibilities Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records. Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters. Develop and implement strategies to expedite settlement of claims. Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. Perform additional administrative duties as required to support case management and resolution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Expert negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to legal and procedural details. Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
