Liaison & Documentation Assistant

Job Description:
Transfers land titles and safe keep other important legal documents. Prepares Deed of Sales and Contract to Sell. Secure Regulatory requirements on transfer of titles and tax declarations. Prepares billing on transfer of expenses and Real Property Tax. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field Must have exposure in land titles transfer, different government agencies and processing of tax declaration Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Willing to do field works. Amenable to work in Makati City. Can start immediately.
