EDUCATION: Bachelor of LawsEXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of work experienceBRIEF:The position requires knowledge of Real Estate Mortgage and Land Titles and Deeds related to the Housing Loan applications of those from underprivileged communities.SCOPE OF WORK:Assists in reviewing and validating loan and mortgage documents as to their validity, legality, enforceability, and acceptability based on the CMP (Community Mortgage Program) policies and guidelines;Assists in the preparation of mortgage examination findings through thorough review of the submitted documents for approval of loan application;Assists in communicating mortgage examination findings accurately to stakeholders for correct and complete compliance;Prepares transmittal letter for the release of check payments to landowner/s for proper monitoring of payment;Assists in coordinating with SHFC linkages and partners to secure documents necessary for the approval of the loan applications;Assists in collating the required documents necessary for the transfer of title to community association's name with annotation of the REM;Assists in collating and reviewing of mortgage documents after issuance of letter of guaranty based on the ME checklist for processing of loan release;Assist in maintaining proper safekeeping of mortgage documents submitted including title's property with annotation of the REM for the protection of the released loan;Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time;EMPLOYEE PERKS:All government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, and PagIBIG, 12 Legal Holidays, 13th Month Pay and Overtime or Night Differential, and the 5 days of Service Incentive Leave).Paternity/ Maternity LeaveSolo Parent LeaveSpecial Leave for Women (RA 7610 or the Magna Carta for Women)Life Insurance6.
